Crisis Relief for Ukraine - Container Homes
LIFElink24 has partnered with the housing project in Ukraine through Pastor Milan Presburger. The team there are continuing to restore hope & rebuild lives of families who have lost so much during the ongoing conflict. The provision of food and shelter has developed into the provision of housing.
After land purchase, the building of these container homes began, it has developed into a community where over 100 people have now become Christians and are attending discipleship courses. The construction of a container church is underway where the people can gather seating 300 for this new community.
There are still many grandmothers & single mothers with small children as well as injured war veterans whose homes were destroyed that are waiting for homes, living in community shelters.
We are currently raising funds towards our second individual container home.
This gives people their own personal space while living within the community. Some families choose to stay on their property and have the modular home placed there. Each home costs between £5000 - £6000 depending on the size and space needed for the family. The container home includes a Kitchen, Bathroom & bedroom. We are so grateful to those that are thinking up creative ways to be able to partner with this project. One lady took on the challenge of a sponsored triathlon, another a silent auction. Others have run bake sales or suggested an ‘alternative birthday gift’ and donated funds instead.

Vitaliy and Elena continue to lead the church in Kyiv and also support other churches in Ukraine some of which are now in occupied territory. Life is very hard due to the continued bombardment.
This is a quote from Vitaliy
“I ask for your prayers, I need a job. Right now I work from 9am to 6pm for 22 pounds. I hardly have time left for ministry. Since our apartment is destroyed, we have to rent an apartment in Kiev, which is very expensive. My salary is only enough for rent and tithe. Pray for a better job for me”.
This group have had their homes destroyed, their city is under occupation.
If would be a great blessing if you could help the people in Ukraine financially. If you are able to do so please mark any gifts you give with Ukraine as a reference.
